I’m a Pilates Reformer Instructor at Bootcamp Pilates, Epoch Fitness and Move your Frame, and as well a Mat Based Pilates Instructor at Urban King’s Gym. I spend most of my time creating new recipes, teaching classes, doing personal training and working out.

I teach Mat Pilates Body classes  at Urban Kings Gym 4 times a week:

  • Monday  12.10 pm – 12.55 pm
  • Thursday 7.15 am – 8 am
  • Thursday 13.10 pm – 2 pm
  • Sunday 9 am – 10 am
