Pineapple Spinach Smoothie with Maca Powder

This is the recipe for a deliciously creamy smoothie made out of spinach, pineapple, mango, protein powder and maca powder. It’s packed with antioxidants, iron and potassium. I like to have it for a breakfast or post-workout meal.


Makes: 1 portion
Preparation time: 5 minutes

– 1 1/2 cup almond milk
– 1 cup pineapple
– 1 cup mango
– 1 cup spinach
– 1 tbsp rolled oats
– 1 tbsp brown rice protein powder
– 1 tsp maca powder

Put all the ingredients in a blender and whiz up. Sprinkle with bee pollen, rolled oats and freeze dried strawberries.
