Strawberry, Banana and Kiwi Smoothie

It’s no secret, I love strawberries! Not only are they juicy and delicious, they’re jam packed (apologies for the pun!) with antioxidants such as vitamin C and offer a wide range of health benefits. Strawberries also boost immunity, fight bad cholesterol, reduce inflammation and keep wrinkles at bay.

This smoothie is deliciously sweet and thick. I like to have it for my breakfast or as a dessert as it’s creamy and satisfies my sugar cravings.


Makes: 1 serving
Preparation time: 5 minutes

– 1 cup cashew nut milk
– 1/2 cup ice
– 1/2 cup strawberries
– 1/2 cup kiwi
– 1 small banana
– 1 date

Put all the ingredients except the ice to a blender and whiz, once smooth add ice and process for another minute. Serve immediately.
