Strawberry Cooler

If you are looking for something refreshing and low in calories this is the recipe for you! It is also very quick and easy to make, and packed with antioxidants.

Makes: 1 serving
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup strawberries
– 1 cup water
– 1/2 cup ice
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
– 1 tbsp lime juice
Put all the ingredients except the ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Chill in the fridge for about an hour. To serve, add ice.
