Coconut Mango Smoothie

I had this delicious Mango coconut smoothie for my breakfast today. It’s creamy, sweet and very easy to make it too. You only need 3 main ingredients; mango, coconut and banana. And what’s more, its vegan, gluten free, paleo and completely sugar free. 🙂

Mango coconut smoothie

Makes 2 portions

Ingredients:

• 1 mango, sliced
• 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
• 1 1/2 cups coconut water or you can use any other diary free milk (coconut is the best)
• ½cup shredded coconut
• ½tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Method:
Put ingredients in blender and process it for about a minute.
