Vegan chocolate pudding

 

The main ingredients of this delicious guilt-free mousse is avocado.  Avocado is packed with good fats that provide sustainable energy levels and therefore good on a body fat loss diets. Including an avocado in your daily diet can lower bad cholesterol, protect the heart and helps to manage the diabetes type 2. It’s packed with antioxidants that protects us from certain types of cancer such as prostate, breast cancer and oral cancer. I was so impressed by the benefits that I wanted to eat some avocado straight away. I’m pretty much into chocolate these days and eating an avocado with chocolate seemed like a brilliant idea. 🙂

Here is what I used: 

– 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted 
– 1.5 scoop of brown rice chocolate protein powder (I used sun warrior)
– 100ml of unsweetened almond milk
 Hide message history
– 1 tbsp of unsweetened organic cocoa 
– almond flakes for garnish 
– maple syrup if you want to have it sweeter
– 1 tsp of organic vanilla essence 
 
Method:
– Put the almond milk, vanilla essence and avocado into a food processor. Processed for about 60 seconds or until you get smooth and little runny mixture. Add chocolate protein powder and cocoa, processed it for another 60 seconds. Add some more almond milk if its too thick or more protein powder if it’s too runny.  
– Put into a fridge for about an hour 
– Serve it with sprinkled almond flakes
You can choose different toppings, such as goji berries, fresh or frozen fruit, chopped walnuts or coconut flakes.
