I’m really into smoothies at the moment. They are refreshing, filling, healthy and delicious. I have one every single day, either for breakfast, after a workout or in the afternoon as a snack. This time I’d like to share my new recipe for a spinanana smoothie that I made yesterday. I made the name up too 😉
Here is the recipe. Hope you like it as much as me.
- 2 cups of organic spinach
- 1 whole frozen banana
- a few frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop of vanilla vegan protein powder
- 100 ml of almond milk
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
Method: put all the ingredients into a smoothie maker and whiz it all up.
