Being a mum is one of the most beautiful things that can happen to a women. Nevertheless, it may be also very busy and stressful, especially if the children are still very young and need their mother’s full attention. No wonder that most women can’t find time for workout. However, it doesn’t always have to be like this. Working out not only firms the body and improves self-confidence, but it may also help to cope with the everyday stresses of having to run after children.
Here is a short workout that focuses on all trouble areas of the body. You can do it at home, in the gym or in the park. The best is that you don’t need any gym equipment, as they are only body weight exercises. The exercises are very simple, so the whole family can join in.
Here is the workout. Try to complete at least three sets, with no break in between the exercises and give yourself one minute break in between the sets.
